Dil Bole Hadippa Opens with a Private Screening

HOUSTON : The YG Group Merrill Lynch of Sugar Land held a private movie screening of the the new Hindi movie, Dil Bole Hadippa, for their affluent base of clients at the Bollywood 6 Cinemas on Highway 6 near Westheimer this past Friday, September 18.

“This is part of our ongoing effort to promote the NRI side of the Merrill Lynch business which was started in 2007,” said partner Pradeep Gokhale.

The effort has been bolstered by the addition of former employees of Citi NRI Jacky Daryananai, a 5-year veteran and Asheet Yagnik who had been there for 20 years.

The NRI investments in India has paid of handsomely over the past ten years and Merrill Lynch is trying to provide a wider array of services for its clients.

This event at which people were able to freely meet and mingle with one another was part of the client appreciation programs that Merrill Lynch hopes to put together throughout the year, explained Daryanani, such as entertainment, sports and screening of new movies.
“We want to provide our clients with not only good business opportunities,” said Gokhale, “but also value addition through access to special events.”
