After the brief remarks by Joan Hoffman, John Zerwas, and Bob Hebert, the Sugar Land Mayor Jimmy Thompson introduced Thomas Abraham with a wonderful remark about his achievements and praised his community service and commitment to the citizens of Sugar Land.
