Oakdale Group Celebrates Ten Years in Business

HOUSTON: The event, which was hosted at Khazzane Fine Dining, is considered to be one of many events that Oakdale has planned for this year as a celebration of its tenth year anniversary.

The dinner hosted various speakers including Aaron Keiter, a local attorney, who spoke about the importance of Corporate Asset Protection; James Mulder, a renound attorney who is the current expert at Estate Planning on the Steven Kay talk show hosted on CNN Radio, who presented the importance of life insurance in estate planning; Sonal Shukla, a Life Insurance Specialist, and one of the newest additions to the Oakdale Group, who touched on added benefit riders in life insurance; and Irfan S. Abji the Founder and current President of Oakdale Group of Companies, LLP. who gave an overview of the company and its subsidiaries.

Abji said: “From the inception of our company as a sole proprietorship in 1998 to the recent restructuting as multiple corporations our brand has become synonymous with impeccable service standards. Even though operations are now organized under different subsidiaries, we continue to reaffirm our commitment towards our clients by creating value added services and by maintaining excellent relationships.”

He added, “We have been able to assist our clients by giving them the right advice. A proven statistic to validate the fact is that we have only had one residential foreclosure. Out of all the mortgages that we have assisted with in the last ten years we lost only one due to our client’s unfortunate medical problems.

This is a record that a very few can be proud of. We are able to accomplish this only because we will not compromise our client’s future to make a few more dollars in our pocket.” Abji continued: “This year we will celebrate our tenth year in business and have expanded our company holdings to include added investment opportunities through our private equities subsidiary, namely Monarch Private Equities.

Monarch will create a portfolio of real estate holdings that we intend to offer to investors through an innovative offering which focuses on acquisition of distressed properties.” He then went on to introduce Guido Cattaneo a Partner and Principal in Monarch Private Equities, LLC. Abji concluded by introducing the newest additions to Oakdale Group that included Sonal Shukla and Tommy Rice, the new Vice President for Commercial Loans for Oakdale Financial Group, Inc.
