Amitabh Bachchan and Shahrukh Khan together in a film!
It could well turn out to be a casting coup of sorts! Director R. Balki is reportedly working on a script which will have the two superstars — Amitabh Bachchan andShahrukh Khan — together.
It’s no secret that R. Balki and Amitabh Bachchan have a wonderful working relationship. The director has till now made two films, Cheeni Kum and Paa, and both the films had Amitabh Bachchan in challenging roles. Amitabh even did a cameo in Balki’s wife Gauri Shinde’s movie English Vinglish. The buzz was strong that Balki’s next will again have Amitabh Bachchan, considering his comfort level with the star.
The goss has it that the script Balki is presently working on has created space for his favourite star as well as Shahrukh Khan. Sources claim that getting the two superstars to work together again is what Balki is trying to do.
Also, Amitabh Bachchan knows about the film! “Balki is known to be extremely guarded about his projects. So there are hushed whispers that the writer-director has already sounded the Big B about the project,” a source is quoted as saying by a tabloid….
