Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra’s period drama looks exquisite beyond belief
The much awaited trailer of Bajirao Mastani has finally released and we’ve got to admit, that it’s highly impressive. Starring Priyanka Chopra as Kashibai, Ranveer Singh as Bajirao and Deepika Padukone as Mastani, the film directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, is a magnum opus like all his other ventures. The film is based on the epic tale of Bajirao-Mastani and it’s teaser which was released a while back, managed to grab eyeballs and how. Well, the trailer is no less and speaks volumes of the magnanimity the viewers are about to witness, on December 18. Ranveer stands out as fierce Bajirao and promises potential. His Mastani Deepika is dainty, stunning and manages to look perfect as a warrior princes. Priyanka as Kashibai on the other hand looks gorgeous in her Maharashtrian avatar and as usual, one can expect a stellar performance from her, looking at the trailer.
Bajirao Mastani’s trailer convinces us of the fact that we can look forward to some brilliant performances by all the three actors. Apart from the characters, what stands out in this trailer, is the larger than life imagery that it possesses. Like all SLB films, Bajirao Mastani comes across as grand, in every sense. One thing is certain- no one can walk away disappointed from an SLB film, when it comes to the visuals. The trailer is proof of the fact that this venture will keep the audience hooked, owing to the acts as well as the visual poetry on celluloid.
