ABCD 2 to be shot in U.S.
While Remo D’Souza was appreciated for making one of the most stunning dance films, Any Body Can Dance, the dancer-director does not plan to end at that. This movie which was a platform for many rising dance stars to showcase their talent is ready to be back with a bang and this time on a much larger scale.
Director Remo D’Souza said, “With the sequel, I want to create an even bigger wave and I am heading to Disney Studios in Los Angeles, USA, to start the work on that.” While the first movie was shot in India, the makers plan to shoot some portions of the second installment in U.S.
The producers, Disney UTV, are equally excited about the sequel. “We are looking forward to making a bigger film. We want to take the story to the next level on international shores. Remo has a fabulous idea and we’re hoping to make a film that will have a beautiful story at its core. He has already started working on it,” says Rucha Pathak, senior creative director, studios, Disney-UTV….
