Acid Reflux
Acid reflux or Heartburn refers to the burning sensation caused in the chest due to excessive acid build up. When the valve between the stomach and the food pipe is unable to close properly, it results in the stomach acids moving up, causing acid reflux

Fruit Salad
Preparation
- Take 1 kiwi, 1 banana and 2-3 strawberries
- Chop them together in a bowl
- Add 1 tsp of honey to it
- If you like, add a pinch of pepper for taste
- Toss it well
Cooling drink
Preparation
- Soak 2 tsp of basil seeds in water, also known as sabja seeds
- Let them soak for about X 10 minutes. They will swell up
- While these seeds soak, peel 2 carrots
- In a juicer, blend these carrots along with 1 celery stalk
- Collect this juice in a glass
- Now, once the basil seeds have swelled up, strain the water
- Add the seeds to the juice
- Add salt and or chaat masala for taste
