In Loving Memory of Sanjay Gupta (10-29-1969 to 11-02-2016)

HOUSTON: Sanjay Gupta, a loving, caring, always smiling individual, known for spreading laughter and happiness, passed away on Wednesday, November 2 in Houston, Texas, after a battle with Cancer. Hailing from Shimla, Himachal Pradesh (India), Sanjay was a long time resident of Houston. He was a beloved husband, son, friend but most of all he was a wonderful and beautiful human being. Though he had a short life, every person whose life he touched will forever be blessed.

He was a staunch devotee of Shri Sathya Sai Baba and followed His teachings in every aspect of his life. He was hard working, dedicated, positive and loved God. He was very passionate about martial arts and had earned a second-degree black belt in Taekwondo. He also represented India internationally.

He will be greatly missed by all that knew him. His wife’s constant and unconditional loving support helped him through this short unforeseen period, before he passed away peacefully surrounded by his loved ones.

The last rites and funeral were held at Winford Funerals in Houston, on Saturday, November 5. He is survived by his wife, Seema Gupta. He also leaves behind numerous Houston community friends. He will be remembered for his loving heart and joyful nature.
