Judge Jimmie L. Benton Joins Willy, Nanayakkara & Associates

HOUSTON: We are delighted to announce that Retired Immigration Judge Jimmie L. Benton has joined our firm, Willy, Nanayakkara & Associates as of counsel. He is a graduate of the United States Air Forces Academy, has a M. A. Degree from the University of Northern Colorado and earned his law degree from the University of Texas. His legal experience is vast. He was a Judge Advocate in the United States Air Force, a Trial Attorney for the predecessor of ICE and most recently was an immigration judge with the US Department of Justice.

His addition to the firm deepens our litigation capacities. He will be advising our lawyers in the firm on complex legal issues in immigration litigation. We will also be using his expertise to represent clients in highly complex litigation cases.
