Southwest Management District’s Liberty Fest

The Southwest Management District is hosting Liberty Fest on Sunday, July 3, 2022 from 1 to 9 p.m. at PlazAmericas Mall, 7500 Bellaire Blvd., Houston, TX 77036, in partnership with the Sharpstown Civic Association. Food booths, games,  entertainment for children in a Kids Zone, live music and other performances, will all lead up to a spectacular fireworks show at 9 pm.
Admission and parking are free for this family-friendly event where no alcohol will be allowed.
This is the third festival hosted by Southwest District at PlazAmericas Mall.  Longtime residents of the Sharpstown area have fond memories of watching fireworks and celebrating Independence Day, July 4th,  at the mall, at the former Sharpstown Mall.
 No glass bottles, alcoholic drinks, outside foods or drinks and pets will be allowed.  Scan the QR code to get more details.
The Southwest District is governed by a volunteer board consisting of Board Chair Kenneth Li and board members Peter Acquaro, Raj Adnani, Blu Baillio, Fred Bhandara, Frank Donnelly, John Holmes, Stephen Le, Jr., David Peters, Harry Shani, and Don Wang.  The Board advocates on behalf of the business owners and commercial property owners as it strengthens the area’s economic development and overall advancement.
