The real reason why Hrithik Roshan walked out of Karan Johar’s Shuddhi – Find out!

Not too long ago, Hrithik Roshan walked out from Karan Johar’s ambitious projectShuddhi, as the Greek God didn’t want to delay the project any further. While many suggested that the reason for Hrithik’s ouster was his ill health, that wasn’t the only reason, it seems. From what we hear, Roshan Jr was not quite happy with the profit-sharing deal between him and Karan Johar. Well, as a very smart person once rightly said, “The lack of money is the root of all evil.”

So how much percent of the total profit was HR eyeing for? “Hrithik had asked for 40 per cent of the film’s total profit. But Karan Johar didn’t agree to this. This prompted Hrithik to opt out ofShuddhi,” a source was quoted by a tabloid. Ah, well!

Anyway, KJo’s dream project has already faced many hurdles as far as the star cast is concerned. Earlier, Hrithik and Kareena Kapoor Khan were signed to play the lead roles in the film, which was announced over a year ago. But then Bebo walked out of the film, and soon after that her once alleged lover Hrithik too quit the project, for the reason we already told you above. Ever since then, various names have been doing the rounds to play the lead roles in the film. However, Karan hasn’t finalised any names yet. The Koffee with Karan host still maintains that Shuddhi, which will be directed by Karan Malhotra will hit the theatres next year. Will it or will it not? Well, all we can do….
