PEARLAND: It was an outstanding and original idea of the Past President of Hindus of Greater Houston, (HGH), Partha Krishnaswamy, who suggested to celebrate 75 Hindu youth this year, on the 75th year of India’s Independence.  75 youth were recognized for their service to the Community. This year Hindu Youth awards was held at the beautiful Auditorium of Sri Meenakshi Temple in Pearland, Texas.

This unique event idea revitalized the enthusiasm of the Board of Directors to accomplish this humongous task with incredible coordination. Each one of our Board members actively and right earnestly gave their time and full support.  Yes, as always HGH family is very fortunate to deliver their best.

The Keynote speech by Partha S Ghosh’s strategist, thinker, and motivational speaker was so apt for the occasion talking about Vedanta philosophy, how those tenets can drive better leaders and what traits a leader should have for the future.
