If you are extremely conscious of your diet, you most likely see Snacking as a sin. But that’s not entirely true. Snacking is a two edged sword – you can’t overlook it and you can’t afford to overdo it.
Whether you want to lose weight or maintain it, it is good for both. The key is to create a balance while keeping some healthy rules in mind. Here they are:
Pick nutritious snacks
Like we always say – what you eat is of utmost importance. While snacking is good, you can ruin it by picking the wrong snacks to eat. Not only should your snacks be low-calorie but they should also have some nutritional value. Some nutritious snacks are peanuts, almonds, makhana, khakra, yogurt and peanut butter sandwich, if you are too hungry.
